Under the supervision of the Manager, and supported by a senior auditor, you will be integrated into the team on all assignments entrusted to the Audit Department of the firm. Your mission consists mainly of :
- Participating in the implementation of accounting control methods and procedures
- Follow the elements necessary for the audit and analyze them according to our processes
- Interacting directly or with a more experienced auditor with certain clients
- Check the regularity, reliability and sincerity of the operations carried out in relation to the assigned cycles
- Verify the accuracy of the data
- Report anomalies and risk areas
- Invest in the problems encountered
- Participate in the drafting of the end of mission report
- Carry out administrative management operations
- Prepare administrative correspondence, implement the firm's internal procedures
- Follow up on files, update Monegasque and French legal documentation
- Scan and file all documents received or produced
With a higher education (5 years of higher education), having acquired a first experience (or an internship of at least 6 months) in auditing, you must have a good level of English in order to take care of foreign clients in Monaco. You have a perfect command of IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You are curious and have a solid accounting background. You have an excellent presentation and very good interpersonal skills. Your ability to adapt, to observe, your rigor and your spirit of initiative will allow you to integrate quickly in the firm.
