PAYROLL MANAGER / SOCIAL EMPLOYEE

Reporting directly to the Manager, your missions are :

  • Establishment of pay slips and social charges (creation of employees, realization and control of the Monegasque payroll, balance of all accounts, social declarations)
  • Personnel administration (hiring formalities, follow-up of employee files, modification of contracts, sickness certificates, archiving and GED)
  • Assistance and advice on employment law (information on the social legislation to be applied, advice and help in solving problems at clients' premises, monitoring compliance with Monegasque regulations)
  • Follow-up and maintenance of the payroll software
